Office Hours
Our office hours are mainly 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - however these do vary depending on patient needs. Please note that our phone hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Please call us between these hours and we will make every effort to schedule an appointment to fit your schedule.
Billing Information
We accept most medical insurance carriers. It is recommended you contact your insurance company if you have additional questions regarding coverage, deductibles, and/or audiology services.
If you are uninsured, arrangements must be made with our office prior to your appointment. Payment is usually required at time of service.
